Inside Sales & Sales Development Representative
We have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Inside Sales & Sales Development Representative to join our team, covering the ASEAN region. The Inside Sales & Sales Development Representative will help in the development of business by generating leads through marketing and their own efforts and by teaming with their field counterparts on a territory strategy.
The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, sales experience, strong organizational skills and a desire to win. This exciting position will give you hands on experience in managing complex sales processes and a supporting role in managing sales cycles from lead development to close for enterprise clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospective clients by either following up on Marketing Leads or conducting outreach call campaigns
· Set appointments with prospects
· Handle inbound inquiries
· Work in collaboration with field account executives to meet and exceed quota
· Achieve quota of number of highly qualified leads per month and then conversion to an opportunity
· Coordinate with field account executives on preparation for sales meetings
· Manage client proposal and legal contract processes
· Cross functional coordination on internal processes for opportunity development/close
· Develop early stage pipeline into active opportunities
· Help conduct business meetings over the phone with video conferencing technology
· Drive further penetration of Rimini’s product lines into existing clients
· Identify and develop new business across new and existing accounts
