Job Description:

We are looking for a Manager to join our growing team. The individual in this role will:

1. Help the Chief of Employee Benefits and Business Development Head to grow the direct accounts of AXA Corporate Solutions by generating leads and data needed to quote and close deals by offering product solutions tailored to the needs of the clients.

2. Identify and evaluate potential clients to support the growth and strategic objectives of the organization.

3. Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, clients, stakeholders.

4. Close business deals by coordinating internal and external requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations including service level agreements.

5. Analyze market trends, track competitors, and contribute to the overall growth and success through strategic efforts.

6. As Relationship Manager, the role is to ensure renewal and retention of existing accounts based on KPIs set every year, opening cross sell and up sell opportunities that will solidify our relationship with existing clients and reinforcing our One Stop Shop positioning in the market.

7. Focus in maintaining customer and partner satisfaction by providing timely response and soundful recommendations.

8. Overseeing and managing the renewal process, developing engagement activities such as regular cadence with clients and partners which will offer a unique AXA experience.

9. Analyze the partner and company’s requirements, reinforce strategies, and recommend business/opportunities to retain customers.

10. Analyze portfolio to identify retention trends, identifying areas of improvements and creating initiatives to sustain or increase our retention rate.

Your Profile

Minimum Qualifications

· Graduate of Bachelor Degree / with Master’s Degree

· At least 5-8 years work experience with a proven track record in insurance sales

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. power point/excel)

· An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics

· Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills

· Strong communication and team management skills

· Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude & strong influential skills

· Availability to travel as needed

· Interacts, Collaborates and works well with teams
