Duties and Responsibilities
A. Campaign Management
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans and campaigns built on strong consumer insights in support of the overall marketing strategy and key messages upon an agreed timeline.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute marketing campaigns across all relevant marketing channels.
• Evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Present ideas and deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate plans and consistent updates to stakeholders and senior leaders.
B. Brand Management and Business Development
• Manage the annual brand budget, including establishment and execution of budget guidelines.
• Execute and document key business processes. Fulfill tasks On Time, In Full (OTIF), and continuously review and refine brand management processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
• Develop and implement Retail Merchandising initiatives, including consumer promotions, packaging requirements, and other in-store requirements.
• Develop partnerships aligned with the brand key messages and target market. Organize and participate in relevant events to support brand and category growth.
• Collaborate with store executives and frontliners to deploy marketing initiatives, identify issues and opportunities, and align on brand solutions.
• Work with the Digital Manager to define the digital and social media strategy and manage all digital assets of the brand.
C. Membership Management & Loyalty Marketing
• Develop and implement a loyalty program with marketing initiatives that contribute toward improving customer lifetime value and building customer loyalty and retention.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new members to the loyalty program, increasing new members year on year. Identify and target potential members through various channels, including social media, events, and partnerships.
• Use customer and market insights to improve outreach, conversions, and lead quality. Analyze recruitment data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
