The Campaign Assistant will serve as dedicated support for the Agency Manager, focusing on expansionary projects while ensuring smooth execution and reporting of marketing and social media campaigns. Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day support to the Agency Manager in executing expansionary projects.
• Assist in coordinating and managing social media marketing and influencer campaigns.
• Track campaign deliverables, ensuring all project timelines are met.
• Prepare and compile campaign completion reports for TalentPlus, detailing performance metrics, key takeaways, and insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper execution of marketing strategies.
• Monitor campaign progress and report on engagement, reach, and overall effectiveness.
• Organize and maintain campaign documentation for future reference.
• Communicate with influencers and content creators, ensuring all campaign requirements are fulfilled.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing and digital advertising.
Minimum Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in advertising, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting campaign performance.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer networks, and marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting software.
• Amenable to report onsite in our BGC, Taguig City office twice a week.
