Our client is looking for Business Development Manager, you will serve as the primary connection between our clients and the firm, with a strong focus on cultivating relationships and driving growth in key sectors. You will collaborate closely with Studio Directors and the Proposals/Contracts team to identify emerging market trends, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring the firm remains competitive. Your mission is to develop innovative business strategies and marketing solutions that deliver measurable value to clients and the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research to identify industry trends and potential growth opportunities.
• Analyze competitors and market dynamics to uncover strategic advantages.
• Develop tailored strategies for various market sectors to strengthen the firm's market position.
• Create actionable plans to support growth objectives and achieve targets.
• Track and manage business development activities, including client leads and ongoing opportunities.
• Prepare and present compelling presentations to prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with leadership to create marketing materials aligned with business goals.
• Lead the preparation and submission of proposals, ensuring portfolios highlight the firm's expertise.
• Coordinate with the Contracts Team to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as sales, client pipelines, and bookings to track progress.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Represent the firm at industry events and client meetings to identify new business prospects.
• Support additional marketing and business development initiatives as required.
Skills and Competencies:
• In-depth understanding of architecture, planning, interior design, and VDC.
• Established network within the industry, including connections with clients, owners, and consultants.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a talent for building lasting partnerships.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Collaborative team player with high attention to detail.
• Discretion when handling confidential client and project information.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM platforms.
• Alignment with the firm's culture, values, and long-term goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture, engineering, or design-related sectors.
• Demonstrated success in business development, client relations, and marketing strategy, particularly within the Philippines' architecture and design industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
