What are the Responsibilities?
- Statistical Modelling: Generate baseline forecast through best-fit statistical forecasting models
- Segment growth/de-growth: Monitor category growth/de-growth from various published industry reports and overlay on consolidated regional demand inputs
- New Product Launch Planning: Manage New Product Launch volumes in conjunction with Sales & Marketing Team
- Demand Review Meeting: Lead monthly Demand Review Meetings, including the review of key gaps, KPIs, and tracking of key next steps.
- IBP: Play active role in the monthly IBP process to develop an aligned demand plan. Gaps and opportunities are identified, quantified & addressed.
- Cross Functional Relationships: Develop strong collaborative cross functional relationships.
- Measure/Track Performance: Measure, report, and innovate to drive improvement of demand planning process and results.
What are the Qualifications?
- Professional with end-to-end planning experience and front-end sales & marketing exposure of 4-5 years, preferably in FMCG industry.
- Hands on experience in Advanced Planning Systems (APS)
