The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent, as well as at least one year of relevant experience. The position holder should be familiar with batch trial runs, costing data sheets, product flow, product formulas, and assist in the conduct of nutritional analysis, microbiological analysis and shelf-life testing.
