Job DescriptionAI Ventures Accelerator (AIVA) is looking for a passionate Community Manager to grow and engage our online and offline community of solopreneurs, business owners, and AI-driven innovators. The ideal candidate is a digital-savvy community builder with a strong background in content creation and project management. This role requires expertise in leveraging social media platforms, creating engaging content, and organizing in-person events to foster a thriving community.
Key Responsibilities Community Engagement & Growth- Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage AIVA’s community across LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
- Actively interact with followers, respond to queries, and foster meaningful discussions.
- Monitor online conversations and trends to identify opportunities for community growth and engagement.
- Utilize emerging tools and trends in content creation to optimize reach and engagement.
- Schedule and manage content calendars to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person events such as workshops, networking sessions, and meetups.
- Coordinate logistics, partnerships, and promotions for community events.
- Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for community-driven projects.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in community management, social media management, or content creation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, audience engagement, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with content creation tools (Canva, ChatGPT, AI-powered editing tools, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Experience in event planning and project management.
- Passion for AI, startups, and helping entrepreneurs scale their businesses.
- Must be based in NCR or nearby provinces for easy travel to in-person events (15% in-person work).
