HR Generalist
We are looking for a productive and keen-to-detail HR Generalist to join our team and become a valuable member of the company.
We are in a remote setup, but candidates must live around Metro Manila only

The ideal candidate will be mainly responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, and company policy and procedure adherence.
Responsibilities
• Oversee full cycle of recruitment efforts
• Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration
• Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and legal responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation of company gatherings and events
• Prepare attendance summary
• Prepare employee evaluations
• All other HR tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 1+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail skills
- Knowledge of Labor code is an advantage
