The E-Commerce Manager will manage our online sales channels' day-to-day operations and strategic growth. He/she will be responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, optimizing customer experience, and ensuring the seamless performance of online sales channels.

Responsibilities:

Strategy, Growth, and Operations

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, and conversion rates, and achieve sales, revenue growth, and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, market trends, and consumer behavior and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of online sales channels including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
  • Ensure e-commerce platforms’ design, functionality, and performance reflect brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising department to plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns to increase sales.

Product and Inventory Management

  • Oversee product listing updates, including new launches and discontinued items.
  • Coordinate with creatives and the product development department to ensure the accuracy, appeal, and consistency of product information/description and images.
  • Monitor inventory and collaborate with the merchandising department for stock availability and replenishment and management of pricing and promotions.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure seamless customer services and address customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Gather customer feedback and implement enhancements to improve the overall shopping experience.

Inventory and Supply Chain Management / Logistics

  • Collaborate with the supply chain to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Work closely with supply chain and logistics to ensure smooth replenishment and delivery of inventory to partner platforms’ warehouses.

Marketing and Advertising

  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop offsite digital marketing campaigns including but not limited to SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media to boost traffic and sales.
  • Develop onsite ads and affiliate marketing strategies to boost traffic and sales.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Analyze marketing campaign's performance and optimize for ROI.

Sales Performance, Analysis, and Reporting

  • Track KPIs like conversion rate, average basket size average order value, sales trends, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and performance.
  • Generate and present reports on e-commerce performance, trends, and insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.

Team Collaboration and Leadership

  • Lead and mentored a team of E-Commerce Specialists and Multimedia Artists in the day-to-day performance of their jobs, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Provides coaching and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Establish performance goals and conduct performance reviews.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to achieve e-commerce goals.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with third-party vendors, agencies, and e-commerce platform partners as needed.

  • QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Communication, or other relevant courses.
    • 3-5+ years of experience in managing brands that are present in different e-commerce platforms.
    • Proven track record of managing e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, TikTok and Shopify.
    • Extensive knowledge of e-commerce operations and customer relationship management.
    • Strong merchandising background.
    • Experience with digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, email marketing).
    • Excellent attention to detail and project management and organizational skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Must be willing to work in BGC.
