The Role
Responsible for leading the growth of Hiip Philippines’ business, increasing its revenue, finding new business opportunities, and partnerships. Reporting to the Head of Sales, he/she will pitch to advertisers directly & through their agencies. You will work alongside your team and maintain a pipeline tracking towards meeting sales targets.

- Lead the development and creation of pitches and presentations in response to client briefs.
- Demonstrate understanding of the clients' key business and challenges.
- Works and collaborates with Influencer Teams in providing solutions to client briefs and requirements.
- Develop, build, and implement business development strategies to drive revenue from local and international clients.
- Deliver sales KPIs.
- Active business development and customer acquisition through lead generation, networks, and strategic partnerships
- Ensure all proposals pitched to clients are with healthy gross margins.
- Plan, manage and execute long-term strategies in growing influencer marketing sales with brands and agencies.
- Forge relationships with key decision-makers within the brands and advocate the value of using Hiip PH’s platform.
- Collaborates with relevant units on development of new and enhancement of existing online and digital sales capabilities, content, and platforms of the company.
- Determines opportunities to expand business and platform utilization in different digital channels
- Provide customer feedback to the tech and product team, giving recommendations on product updates and enhancements.
- Provide clear data and reporting on the sales pipeline, offering actionable insights into the sales process
- You have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Media & Entertainment.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
