About the Scope of Work:

  • Assist with Client Onboarding tasks
  • Assist with Client Discovery of task sessions
  • Assist with Recruitment for Virtual Roles
  • Assist with Contractor Onboarding tasks
  • Assist with Contractor Training
  • Assist with Contractor ongoing support/coaching
  • Assist with Client partnership tasks
  • Assist with Business Operational Frameworks
  • Research and Project work
  • Assist with Business Quarterly Planning & Strategic Planning

Requirements / Qualifications: PLEASE NOTE THE TOP 3 REQUIREMENTS ARE REQUIRED

  • 2 Years minimum experience in Australian Property Management & or Real Estate Sales
  • 2 years minimum experience in Team Management / Training
  • Proven experience with Australian clients
  • Proven track record of working to assist clients in ongoing partnership
  • Experience working for BPO models
  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant
  • This is a Work From Home role, requiring a complete workstation setup in your, including a secondary or contingency plan as part of your application.
  • Your workstation setup must be modern and capable, including a secondary/contingency setup for unscheduled outages. The minimum specifications for your workstation are as follows:
  • Modern dual-core processor (Ryzen or Intel)
  • Windows 7 or later with the latest security updates and patches
  • Minimum 8GB RAM
  • 120GB SSD (strictly no HDD for both primary and secondary setups)
  • Internet speed of at least 25MBPS for both primary and secondary setups
  • This role will require you to have 2 screens - Please let us know if you only have 1
  • Additionally, you must have a decent-quality microphone and headphones for effective communication and collaboration.
