Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Taguig. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support for a Mass Media campaign, assisting customers regarding basic troubleshooting concerns, billing, general account inquiry, upsell first or third party products or services on eligible inbound calls.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Experience in basic troubleshooting (password reset, website navigation, account management, etc.)
  • Related experience with sales/upselling is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
