Qualifications:

- Experience: Extensive experience in finance management, particularly in a shared services or corporate finance environment, with a proven track record of success.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills to lead diverse finance teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align financial operations with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Financial Expertise: In-depth knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
