Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. Professional certifications like CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are often preferred.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in finance management, particularly in a shared services or corporate finance environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills to lead diverse finance teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align financial operations with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Financial Expertise: In-depth knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of relevant financial regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
