JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in designing and implementing sales training programs for new hires and existing sales teams.
- Conduct workshops, coaching sessions, and role-playing exercises to improve sales techniques and communication skills.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, HR, or a related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Proven experience in sales training, sales management, or corporate training.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer psychology, and business development.
- Good communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and adjust training strategies accordingly.
- Candidates must be willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
