JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in designing and implementing sales training programs for new hires and existing sales teams.
  • Conduct workshops, coaching sessions, and role-playing exercises to improve sales techniques and communication skills.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, HR, or a related field.
  • At least 2 to 3 years experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Proven experience in sales training, sales management, or corporate training.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer psychology, and business development.
  • Good communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust training strategies accordingly.
  • Candidates must be willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
