Senior Director for Facilities
POSITION SUMMARY
This position will have regular interaction with the various workstream heads encompassing Facilities, Real Estate, BCM, OSH and Security. Key responsibilities include development, governance, compliance, implementation and budget to enable effective service delivery. This position reports to the Country Head
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Facilities Management. Lead and direct the Facilities function from both strategic and operational perspective. Own the relationship with Property Management and ensure workplace compliance to regulatory laws.
- Real Estate. This position is responsible for both the strategic planning and tactical implementation for a range of projects and initiatives, including growth strategy, competitive analysis, market planning and strategic initiatives execution support.
- Business Contingency Management. Approve and provide guidance on the overall strategic development of plans, policies, procedures, and training programs to reduce and mitigate business operability risks.
- Security. Provide governance and guidance over security programs including physical security vulnerability and risk assessments, travel risk management, local event security, and security systems and technology
- Financial management. Develops and manages annual budgets and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses
- Occupational Health and Safety. Drive full compliance to DOLE regulations. On time submission of WAIR (monthly), AEDR (Annual) and AMR (Annual). Provide support for internal and external audits. POC for site inspections (BFP, PEZA, BPLO)
Required:
- Site build out and project management
- Knowledge of facilities and security industry regulations
- Strategic planning skills
- Above average communication skills both written and oral
- Proficient of MS offi
