Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Unit Manager at Manulife Philippines. The role is located in Makati with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations, business development, and performance of their assigned business unit.

Qualifications

  • Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Decision-Making skills
  • Financial Management and Budgeting experience
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to lead a team in a specific unit
