  • Support the evaluation of applicants’ creditworthiness based on company guidelines.
  • Work closely with the credit team to identify potential risks and discrepancies.
4. Record Keeping & Compliance
  • Maintain and update credit files in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all credit-related documents adhere to company standards and industry regulations.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
5. Reporting & Administrative Duties
  • Prepare reports related to credit applications, loan performance, and portfolio trends.
  • Support senior management with data analysis and presentations.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating with other departments, and managing communication within the credit team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in a credit or administrative role, ideally within a bank or credit department.

• Basic understanding of credit procedures, financial documents, and credit risk.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle large amounts of data accurately.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
