JOB SUMMARY

  1. Review, develop, and implement department procedures, programs, and policies.
  2. Create, communicate, deliver, and evaluate product offerings that provide value to the target market.
  3. The Project Development Management scope extends across various departments, including marketing, design, project management, finance, and sales to align with business goals.
  4. Shall be responsible for overall inventory management and project documentation, including permits, licenses, project titling, and title transfer.

PRINICIPAL DUTIES

  1. Oversee and supervise key processes of inventory and product management, project documentation, and titling.
  2. Plan, direct, and coordinate all department activities.
  3. Formulate, monitor, and analyze new product offerings, determine prices, payment terms, and promotions.
  4. Conduct market research and feasibility studies, and make recommendations for new project concepts/development.
  5. Conduct competitor profiling and analysis, and assess current projects and products. Evaluate product/project/business performance in comparison to the feasibility study and plan.
  6. Monitor the status of all project documentation and titling. Ensure that clearances, permits, licenses, and titles are secured based on schedule.
  7. Negotiate with government agencies regarding project development, documentation, and titling.
  8. Monitor and update government policies, procedures, rulings, and guidelines related to project documentation and titling to ensure adherence and full compliance with all government policies and procedures.
  9. Review department processes and performance.
  10. Handle department resource planning (manpower, processes, vehicles, and equipment).
  11. Attend to other functions that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education: Graduate of business-related course, MBA degree is an edge

Experience: Minimum of 3-year experience in Project Development and minimum of 1-year experience and exposure in Marketing, Market Research, Finance, Permits and Titling

Competencies:

  • With strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Excellent in written and oral communication, detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Willing to travel and with driving skills
