Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Special Education, Neuroscience, or any related field.
- With at least 2-5 years work experience in the same field.
- Ability to assess, document, and report client progress accurately.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills to mentor and oversee a team of coaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and collaboration with guardians.
- Experience working in schools, rehabilitation centers or clinic (preference).
- Proficiency in training and developing team members.
- Ability to manage session planning, materials preparation, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
