The School Administrator is responsible for implementing the protocol for clients while overseeing and supporting coaches. The role involves both clinical responsibilities and supervisory duties.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one and group sessions.
  • Monitor client progress, collect data, and update session notes.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Special Education, Neuroscience, or any related field.
  • With at least 2-5 years work experience in the same field.
  • Ability to assess, document, and report client progress accurately.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills to mentor and oversee a team of coaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and collaboration with guardians.
  • Experience working in schools, rehabilitation centers or clinic (preference).
  • Proficiency in training and developing team members.
  • Ability to manage session planning, materials preparation, and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
