Sales Marketing Coordinator (HubSpot, B2B)
ROLE SUMMARY
Our client is looking for a Sales Marketing Coordinator who will act as the right-hand support to the CEO, handling essential sales-related tasks and contributing to the company’s growth in its consulting and AI-driven SaaS business. This role is ideal for someone with experience in sales coordination, marketing support, and customer relationship management. They will help manage leads, generate content, and handle CRM processes to drive new business.
WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Support the CEO with day-to-day sales operations, including preparing sales materials, scheduling meetings, and maintaining communication with prospects
- Generate and manage content for marketing materials, blog posts, and social media channels
- Collaborate with the team on lead generation and nurturing campaigns, using tools like HubSpot for CRM management
- Assist in creating presentations, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, and producing compelling content for client meetings and proposals
- Help manage trade shows, conferences, and networking events, including logistical preparations
- Coordinate follow-up emails, schedule appointments, and manage outreach to prospective clients
- Monitor marketing and sales efforts, track leads, and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Assist in developing and implementing sales processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency across client interactions
- Manage the CEO's calendar, book meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects
- Create and edit content such as blog posts, social media updates, and sales decks, collaborating with the marketing team
- Oversee the use of CRM software (HubSpot) to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and update records
- Attend industry events and assist in preparation for conferences, such as Digital Pharma East
- Ensure that all communications are professional, timely, and accurately represent the company’s brand
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales coordination or marketing support role
- Familiarity with business-to-business (B2B) sales and long sales cycles is a plus
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Experience in content creation, social media management, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint)
- Experience with marketing tools to manage campaigns and track leads
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing and consulting platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and task management tools like Motion or Notion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative
- High attention to detail, especially when managing multiple tasks and timelines
