What are we looking for?

A sales assistant plays a vital role in providing excellent customer service by answering client’s questions, and offering product recommendations. With strong communication and a friendly attitude, sales associates build rapport with customers, address concerns, and support sales goals.

The Sales Assistant Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Answer potential and current client’s questions about products, services, and promotions.
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Actively engage in sales conversations, upsell, and cross-sell products.
  • Process transactions, handle payments, and operate cash registers accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and store promotions.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to achieve store goals.

Minimum Of Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor’s degree; (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for client meetings, callings, presentations training, and company events.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage customers, explain products clearly, and build lasting relationships.
  • In-depth product knowledge to effectively assist customers, answer inquiries, and recommend suitable products.
  • Ability to make outgoing calls to potential clients, follow up on leads, and maintain customer relationships.
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively showcase products and services, engaging customers and driving sales.

Work Set-up: Onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City

Time: 9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday
