  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Lead Contracts Engineer/Quantity Surveyor conducts bidding, award of proposed project, payment processing and monitoring of the project from bidding to contract close-out. Other responsibilities involved are tabulation and evaluation of bids, preparation of control estimates, evaluation of change orders prior during construction and preparation of contract closure amendments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Pre - Construction

  • Preparation of Control Estimates
  • Preparation of bid documents for Bidding
  • Evaluation of bids
  • Award Documentation

2. Construction

  • Evaluation and validation of Change Orders/Extra Work
  • Process contract billings for timely payment to contractor through approval in Sapphire Billing Management System

3. Post Construction

  • Preparation of Contract Closure amendment through Issuance of Certificate of Completion and final acceptance
  • Preparation of piece meal contracts

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • With at least 5years working experience as Contracts Engineer, experienced in Highrise, Hotel and General projects
  • Willing to be assigned in Bajada Davao
  • Can start asap
