Responsible for handling first-level escalation with professionalism and ensure assistance is provided in a timely and accurate manner for merchants.
Responsible for handling all aspects of the client relationship including directing or coordinating the execution of various types of transactions.
Assumes responsibility for the success of new DCC merchant and partner implementations, liaising with banking partner, 3rd party provider and operations team.
Provides DCC training to new and existing merchants and partners with regards to DCC best practices.
Increases the DCC performance of a portfolio of existing merchants and partners regionally, utilizing reporting tools and communicating performance with merchants as appropriate.
Works closely with merchants and partners to ensure DCC is offered correctly across the Point of Sale.
Works closely with Sales Manager so as to support business development.
Prepares reports as required by management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree holder.
Preferred with at least 3-5 years of working experience in relationship management or key account management, ideally in the banking industry.
Able to multitask and have good communication skills (written and oral), and able to liaise with C-Level people.
Data Analytics skill is a plus.
Meticulous and fast learner.
Able to work independently and follow up on outstanding tasks closely.
A strong sense of ownership, responsibility and accountability.
Requires frequent travel to client sites.
