Gogozing Philippines OPC is the Filipino arm of our business helping people from the Philippines and around the world study and migrate to Australia. We are looking for staff to join our Filipino team to help support our company’s slogan of “Helping you achieve your Australian Dream”.
Title: Australian Migration Administrative Assistant (Evening and Saturday Shift)
Compensation: P15,000-25,000 per month + Benefits
Schedule: Monday-Saturday
- Time: Evening-4pm-10pm (Mon-Fri)/ Saturday 8am-5pm (Philippine standard time)
- Holidays: Australian Public Holidays
- Paid time off: 10 sick/10 vacation leaves (After Probation Period)
- Work from: Work from home (Work from home possible)
- Opportunities for paid overtime

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Australian Migration Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day administrative support in the migration process, including managing client correspondence, scheduling appointments, and assisting with visa applications. They will also assist with maintaining accurate records of client files and ensure compliance with Australian migration regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation.
- Carries out administrative duties such as organising documents and filling up forms.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone and email.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Handle confidential client information.
- Using Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint to create templates, letters and business documents for clients.
- Present excellent customer-service skills to clients
- Daily prospecting activities, including: Inbound and Outbound phone calls, emails, web-research, data-entry and data management
- Ensure accurate collection, and entry of prospect/company data in CRM
About you
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative assistant or office support role
- Strong organizational skills and "ATTENTION TO DETAIL"
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Need a computer with stable internet.
- Be able to work independently without much instruction.
- Ability to multi-task and access multiple data sources simultaneously
- Must have good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Australian immigration regulations and procedures is desired
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role is a plus in English or in a Western Business Environment.
