Essential Functions
- Compile Incentive Compensation datasets from IQVIA revenue or CRM systems
- Apply crediting rules
- Upload credited datasets to Sales Performance Management software (Varicent)
- Review achievement and payout results with SIP participants and managers
- Manage exception requests
- Ensure eligible participants are on sales incentive plan (i.e. new hires)
- Participate in the annual Incentive Compensation Governance program (plan development and target setting)
- Support special sales programs and contests as needed
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of Sales Incentive Compensation Experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to work US Eastern Hours
- Strong communication skills (phone, teams, and email)
- Experience managing multiple sales teams and roles a plus
- Experience working directly with sales leaders and IC Participants a plus
- Experience with Sales Performance Management software (specifically Varicent) a plus
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
