The ASSISTANT LEASING MANAGER is responsible for:

  • Strong understanding of office leasing processes, including contract negotiation, pricing, and tenant relations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate laws and regulations.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willing to be assigned to the following locations: Taguig City, Las Pinas, and San Fernando, Pampanga.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to Do Field Work: This role requires field visits to properties, so the candidate should be willing and able to perform on-site duties as needed.
  • No Commission or Quota: The position does not involve sales quotas or commission-based compensation. The focus is on operational excellence and leasing management.
  • Regularization: The role is a full-time, regularized position after the probationary period, offering long-term career stability.
