POSITION: DPA/AML Compliance Supervisor
RESPONSIBILITIES:
DPA/AML Compliance Supervisor works with various business units of SM Prime Property Group (referred to as "SM Prime") and other compliance-related functions to
- Ensures compliance by all BUs with DPA and AML Rules and regulations;
- Maintenance of group registration. Ensure the completeness and timeliness of registration of the group.
- Monitoring of group mandatory notification requirements (e.g. new office location, change in Others: location, closure of business, change of CO/President, etc.) and reporting requirements Highly organized; able to keep schedules and (e.g. Annual Security Incident Report).
- Ensure conduct and monitoring of group Institutional Risk Assessment every 2 years and Privacy Impact Assessment every year.
- Keep up-to-date on new regulations, circulars, etc., and cascade to DPA and AML bulletins.
- Ensures that any infractions discovered by internally initiated audits, or by special or regular examination conducted by applicable regulators, are immediately corrected by concerned parties;
- Coordination and cooperation with regulators and supervising authorities.
- Assist in the preparation of reports (e.g. quarterly reporting to the Board Risk Oversight Committee).
- Assist in budget preparation and other matters
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any 4-year business course.
- Experience in compliance, admin, and support functions.
- Preferably with at least 1-2 years experience in DPA and AMLA.
- Highly organized; able to keep schedules and commitments.
- Must possess excellent oral and English and Filipino communication skills.
- Has a keen eye for detail.
- Has good relationship skills.
- Willing to work ONSITE at MAAX Building, MOA Complex, Pasay City
