As a Sales Associate, you will act as an ambassador of the Brand to provide a unique and

timeless experience to our clients. You will proactively reach out to them to deliver excellent service and inspire our clients with innovative strategy in order to achieve individual targets, Boutique objectives and increase clients’ loyalty.

Profile

Sales/Performance

  • Enthusiastic in achieving sales target given by Boutique through effective use of

selling techniques, clientele and product knowledge

  • Identify clients’ expectations and complete sales transactions successfully
  • Advise clients across all product categories and do cross-selling for maximizing sales potential
  • Build strong collaboration with the team for achieving sales & boutique’s objectives

Client Development

  • Provide excellent client experience
  • Provide warm welcome and interact with every client proactively
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent and professional client service
  • Arrange private appointments with clients
  • Provide excellent after-sale-service
  • Update Be Dior on a regular basis

Boutique Operation and Back of House Support

  • Maintain the upkeep of selling space, visual merchandising and image of the store in highest standard
  • Provide support to Back of House operations for enhancing Boutique efficiency

Additional information

Work Experience

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service and relation industry
  • Retail experience is preferred

Skills

  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills

  • Fluent in English
  • Basic computer skills
  • A professional image with good sales presentation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
