JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
MARKETING ACTIVITIES
- Perform copywriting tasks - draft email newsletters, create press release briefs, develop social media content, etc.
- Lead marketing programs and campaigns from conception to execution
- Oversee production of materials and collaterals
- Perform graphic design tasks
- Take photos/videos as necessary and do the necessary editing
- Prepare and monitor Marketing budget and expenses
- Manage and oversee internal and external events and bookings in handled properties
- Perform administrative tasks to support marketing operations
- Prepare and cascade policies, guidelines, and procedures for handled properties
- Undertake additional projects and assignments as directed.
INTERNAL RELATIONS
- Coordinate with Leasing, Property Management, and other teams to gather the data needed for the content of marketing collaterals and other materials
- Coordinate with support offices like Procurement, Legal, Sustainability, and other offices/business units for all necessary requirements to advance the team's marketing initiatives.
EXTERNAL RELATIONS
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as suppliers, agencies, and vendors, to ensure alignment and support for the team's marketing strategies and campaigns, driving effective execution and maximizing impact.
TENANT RELATIONS
- Foster strong relationships with tenants through regular communication and engagement initiatives to enhance tenant satisfaction, promote community involvement, and support the successful promotion of the property's marketing efforts.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Business Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Administration, Public Relations, Advertising, or other related courses. Exceptional writing skills for creating compelling marketing content, copywriting, and crafting clear, engaging communications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Strong coordination and communication abilities for effectively dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Expertise in social media management and the use of digital marketing tools
- Excellent organizational skills for event management, in duding contract preparation and administrative tasks
- Analytical skills for interpreting data, measuring campaign performance, and making data-driven decisions
- Budget managements kills for planning and monitoring marketing expenditures
- Project management skills to oversee multiple marketing campaigns and initiatives effectively.
- Candidates must be willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
