We are looking for an HR Manager who will guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources & Admin services, policies, and programs.

Objectives:

To be able to primarily establish and upgrade the Talent Acquisition and Organizational development of the company, and oversee all HR facets and managing of the HR team.

The major areas the HR Manager manages include:

  • Member Relations
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Payroll Management
  • Administrative Operations

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of any 4-year course
  • Must have at least three (3) years of managerial experience in Human Resources and Administration/facilities management role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
  • With leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication in English for both oral and written communications
  • Good project management skills; Highly organized and with keen attention to details
