As an Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in empowering households by introducing them to solar energy, providing not just a product but a pathway to financial freedom through reduced energy costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Lead Generation: Initiate and cultivate high-quality leads, leveraging expertise to convert prospects into committed customers for solar panel installations.
  • ​Client Engagement and Conversion: Engage with potential clients, conducting detailed needs assessments, delivering pitches, and leading clients through the sales process, ensuring successful closures.
  • Sales Pipeline Oversight: Assume a pivotal role in managing the sales pipeline, collaborating closely with the sales team to meet and exceed set sales targets.
  • Cross-sell both solar and financing products that would best match the client’s preference and budget
  • CRM Management and Reporting: Utilize CRM tools effectively to oversee lead management, and sales activities, and produce insightful reports for management, offering valuable performance insights.
  • Continuous Development: Stay updated on industry advancements, product innovations, and market trends, providing informed guidance and feedback to improve sales strategies.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 Years of Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in closing customer accounts, preferably within the renewable energy sector or a related industry.
  • CRM Mastery: Proficient in utilizing CRM software for efficient lead tracking and managing sales activities.
  • ​Exceptional Sales Skills: Proven track record in building and nurturing client relationships, executing successful sales strategies, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • ​Problem-solving and Negotiation: Strong ability to identify and solve customer challenges, negotiate effectively, and craft innovative solutions.
  • Feedback and Project Management: Continuously able to provide valuable client feedback to operations and product to help product and process improvements. Can juggle ad hoc go-to market projects assigned and maintain day-to-day sales activities.
  • Time Management and Organization: Exceptional organizational skills, adept at managing time efficiently to drive successful sales outcomes.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Ability to function effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment, fostering growth and development.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred. Preferably has a sales background in either banking, fintech, e-commerce or solar sales.
