Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst at Data Analytics Ventures Inc. (DAVI), you will be responsible for financial modeling, pricing, financial analysis, and strategic planning. Your role involves forecasting, budgeting, cost analysis, and reviewing operational performance to support business decisions and financial stability.

Responsibilities – How you will do this?

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports on the company’s financial performance.
• Compile key business metrics and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Support financial analyses and reports as required by management.
• Oversee the closing and opening of accounting periods to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving financial controls and operational efficiency.
• Provide financial expertise in accounting processes as needed.
• Support risk management efforts and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Liaise with affiliated companies on financial and operational matters.

To be successful, you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, or accounting. Commercial finance experience is preferred.
• Exposure to working with financial systems, ERPs, or accounting software.
