JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support organizational change initiatives by assisting in the development and implementation of change management strategies and communication plans.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or any related HR roles.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development principles, theories, and practices.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and development interventions.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive projects to completion.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and compellingly.
  • Candidates must be willing to work on-site at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
