JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support organizational change initiatives by assisting in the development and implementation of change management strategies and communication plans.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or any related HR roles.
- Strong understanding of organizational development principles, theories, and practices.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and development interventions.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive projects to completion.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and compellingly.
- Candidates must be willing to work on-site at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
