JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inbound and Outbound Lead Management: Ensure timely and responsive handling of inbound and outbound leads, maintaining a consistent flow of potential clients.
  • Lead Generation: Assist the Lead Generation Lead to actively identify and engage with potential customers through outbound emails, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Sales Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Business Development Unit, as well as management, to develop and implement sales strategies that align with annual targets.
  • Discovery Calls Coordination: Schedule and coordinate discovery calls between the Operations team, Sales Unit, and prospective clients. Capture key discussion points and action items during calls, and prepare proposals based on outcomes.
  • Proposal Preparation: Draft Engagement Letters and General Terms and Conditions for leads and collaborate with the VP and Manager for review. Continuously improve proposal templates and processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Coordinate with the legal team to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM software (HubSpot) to track and manage sales leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions. Maintain and update the sales database (Excel and HubSpot).
  • Sales Performance Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to the manager to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Strategic Partnerships & Alliances: Assist in identifying strategic partnerships, alliances, and international events to expand the company's reach and market presence.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with planning and coordinating logistics for sales-related projects, including international events. Work with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials, such as leaflets, standees, booth decor, and promotional items.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to proactively identify new business opportunities.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Provide support with any other tasks or projects that may arise within the Sales and Business Development team.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in sales and marketing is required for this role.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, although relevant work experience or certifications may also be considered.
  • Experience with any CRM tool or familiarity in using HubSpot would be an advantage.
  • BPO background is a plus
  • Basic understanding of accounting is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Flexible working hours, especially when attending discovery calls across different time zones (standard working hours is 7AM to 4PM)
