SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

As an Application Group Supervisor, you will be responsible in overseeing project progress, manages resources, expedites activities to meet deadlines, and ensures distributors comply with quality and timeliness requirements in the Distributor Business System. In addition, this role, involves reviewing and enhancing existing processes, protocols, and guidelines periodically, ensuring they align with best practices. It includes monitoring subordinates' performance, ensuring compliance with KPIs, and implementing coaching methods for improvement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Periodically reviews existing processes, work instructions, protocols, and guidelines to continuously improve processes and to check if documentations are still updated and at par with best practices.

• Ensures subordinates’ performance and compliance to KPI, calibrate measures, and as applicable, practices coaching methodologies to improve performance of subordinates.

• Oversees progress of assigned projects and objectives, manages resources and fast tracks activities to meet target dates.

• Ensures compliance of the Distributors in meeting GCI’s quality and timeliness requirements for Distributor Business System.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree.

• Preferably with working experience in project management and implementation of Order Processing and Invoicing in Distributor Business System.

• Working knowledge in SQL, Data Warehousing, MS Excel VBA programming and Power Query and SAP Material Master Maintenance.

• With working experience as supervisor preferably in FMCG industry.
