  • Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine scope and requirements.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather cost data.
  • Research and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
  • Identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure estimates comply with company standards and client expectations.
  • Maintain up-to-date cost databases and industry pricing trends.

Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years in construction estimating or cost analysis.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
