We are looking for:

a) Scrum Masters

b) Agile Coaches

c) Solutions Architects, and

d) Solutions Designers

a) Scrum Master

  • Support in evaluating the Scrum Maturity of the squad and prepare the squad to advanced stages of maturity, at a speed that is workable and easy for the team
  • Enable process activities of Agile development/scrum by inspiring and backing the teams to self-align their repetitions
  • Guard the team from external tasks, scope growth or disturbances during the sprint so that they will remain engrossed in delivering their promises.
  • Function as communication link among the squad, Product Owner, and Stakeholders
  • Support Product Owner to find approaches for effective Product Backlog mentoring
  • Ensure that recognized agile software progress matrices (burndown charts, velocity, and defect metrics) are in place and that the team and Product Owner are equipped to input data for said metrics. Responsible for organizing and preparing metric data on a regular basis using repeatable methods.
  • Coordinates and aligns with Release Train Engineer on release schedule/calendar and monitor status of sprint releases.
  • Coaches delivery team to apply Agile and Scrum practices, promotes team empowerment and self-management.
  • Monitors work tasks/activities of the delivery team - through Daily Stand-up, JIRA status, JIRA burndown report

b) Agile Coach

  • Support the Product Owner and Development Team in product delivery.
  • Guide and coach the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
  • Guide and coach both the Scrum Team and the Development team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
  • Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to refining (aka grooming) and managing the product backlog.
  • Ensure that organization process and metrics are implemented across scrum teams
  • Help with the Agile transformation of the Organization

d) Solutions Architect

  • Work with Product Managers, Developers, and Business owners to review, evaluate, and document current business and data models of Mynt.
  • Develop and plan training programs to educate teams on building high performance distributed services.
  • Experience designing and developing scalable, high performance distributed systems (REST/microservices/Java/Spring), DevOps: continuous integration, automated testing, cloud deployments, etc.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as Amazon AWS
  • Experience with data modeling and architecture a plus; developing and implementing an enterprise wide agile framework a plus

e) Solutions Designer

  • Product Solutions Designer/Managers must be customer-centered but also have the relevant technology know-how to bridge in order to develop “product market” fit. They work with Product Owners to develop a deeper understanding of customer needs -- that can be accomplished via research, reviewing data and analytics of customer behavior, A/B testing and talking directly to customers
  • They also work with Test Leads and Managers to determine edge case scenarios and proper handling on the customer side. Project management skills are essential to bring product development programs to a successful conclusion -- on time and within budget. Product Solutions Designer/Managers develop schedules for each phase of the development program and monitor progress against targets. They also set up reviews at each stage to ensure the program is meeting its objectives as it progresses from concept to specification, design, development and launch.
  • Product Solutions Designer/Managers need to have good communication skills to deal with the many different stakeholders in a product development program. They liaise with the senior management team to agree strategic development objectives and gain budget approval for projects. They coordinate the work of different specialists within the development team and ensure that individual members keep the rest of the team informed on progress.
  • Previous experience in product and software development, design or digital marketing provides a useful background.
