Our client is seeking a Digital Media Specialist who will be responsible for setting up, managing, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other emerging channels. With a data-driven mindset and a passion for testing and campaign optimization, this role will work to deliver best-in-class digital advertising campaigns for lead generation and e-commerce initiatives. A successful candidate for this position has a desire to learn and grow in their career, is available 40 hours per week, and is comfortable working fully remotely.

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Collaborate with the team to research, build, deploy, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on search engines (Google AdWords, Bing Ads, etc.), social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), multimedia channels (YouTube, Pandora, etc.) and display advertising networks with minimal direction
  • Analyze advertising campaign data to spot trends and identify performance improvement opportunities
  • Develop and manage A/B testing and optimization initiatives.
  • Closely monitor and manage advertising budgets
  • Build reports and analytics dashboards
  • Stay informed on industry trends, new tools, and ad formats

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing paid search (PPC) campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other ad platforms
  • Experience with the demands of a client-driven digital marketing agency
  • Proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager or other container platforms a plus
  • Experience with Look Studio is a plus, but not required
  • High level of English language proficiency
  • Strong and proactive written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to keep up shifting priorities multiple times daily
  • Extraordinarily high attention to detail
  • Has a passion for data and demonstrated quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Possesses a cool, calm, collected, and collaborative nature
