JOB SUMMARY
This position will support the POC Lead in the overall management, strategic
direction, and successful execution of the POC. The role involves assisting with cross-functional
alignment, resource optimization, and delivery of key business outcomes within
six months.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contributes to the successful validation of MVP, MVS, and MRP for the PropTech business.
- Ensures alignment of all departments (Admin, Legal, Finance, Sales, BD, Marketing, IT Systems, Product Development, Operations, and Logistics) toward achieving POC objectives.
- Monitors progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Provides regular updates to stakeholders on POC progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across the organization.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management or coordination role within the PropTech industry or a related field.
- Ability to support strategic plans and drive business growth.Understanding of technology trends and their applications within the Real estate industry.
- Communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and emerging trends.
