POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will support the implementation of Global, Regional or Area recruiting programs. You will report to Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, ANZ and SEA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with our internal sourcing team, HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to define general candidate requirements (prior experience, needed skills, education, compensation ranges, etc.)
  • Develop sophisticated sourcing strategies and sources qualified candidates, leveraging multiple mediums (e.g., job postings, job fairs, etc.)
  • Ensure recruiting process, interviews, and documentation are in compliance with statutory regulation and guidelines
  • Deliver appropriate communication / message to candidates and applicants when appropriate; help others do the same
  • Ensure completion of required recruiting documentation.
  • Partner with Talent Sourcing team, HR team, and external groups to facilitate efficient and effective recruiting process
  • Monitor performance and status metrics; communicate status and roadblocks up to recruiting leadership; act as point of escalation
  • Use internal recruiting systems; track progress against plans and make adjustments as required
  • Contribute to various initiatives and special projects as needed (i.e., instruct interviewer training) with support of Talent Acquisition Leadership

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years' experience in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role, preferably for high growth international tech organizations
  • Bachelor's degree holder or equivalent.
  • Experience working across different time zones
  • Hands-on experience on regional recruitment experience in countries like Australia and New Zealand, experience recruiting applicants with 'hot' (tech) skills is a plus
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Developed knowledge of the variety of recruiting channels
  • Demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition across many role types including commercial, corporate, and engineering
  • Some exposure to Human Resources activities (such as contract creation, benefits management, compensation benchmarking and payroll) is an advantage
  • Experience in executing Employer Branding Initiatives would be a plus
  • Great presentation, communication, active listening, and story-telling skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
