The Opportunity
As part of the Project Portfolio Management team, you lead the creation and implementation of impactful program management initiatives. As a director you set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making significant decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You be responsible for building relationships, creating awareness, and driving the integration of PwC's offshore and onshore Acceleration Centers with US Consulting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of program management initiatives
- Set strategic direction and drive business development
- Make impactful decisions and manage multiple projects
- Maintain and nurture executive-level client relationships
- Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders
- Promote the integration of PwC's offshore and onshore Acceleration Centers
- Create awareness and drive engagement within US Consulting
- Align with PwC's principles and business conduct standards
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of business analysis and project management or PwC experience
- Proven ability to conduct up to 50% global business travel for assignments
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree preferred
- Managing aspects of onboarding projects into PwC's acceleration centers
- Building relationships and creating AC awareness with Platform and Pillar, partners and directors
- Conducting workshops and educational sessions to drive AC usage
- Building and executing on AC adoption strategy for practice areas
- Exploring and generating new areas of demand
- Collaborating with AC leaders and platform team members
- Identifying relevant client pursuits for AC leverage
- Providing end-to-end support for client pursuits
