Job Description
Responsible for managing Lista's social media accounts and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients/users. Works closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Interacts with users and deals with their inquiries thru Facebook, Instagram and other social media channels
- Assists in conceptualizing, creating, and distributing engaging posts in line with the company’s brand and social media strategy
- Assists in product promotions, services, and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization’s brand and social media strategy
- Trains users how to use the app during events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree graduate or higher, with preference given to Communication, Advertising, Marketing or Multimedia courses
- Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- Experience in the customer service field is a big plus
- Solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
Proficient or has basic experience with the following tools:
- Facebook Messenger / Meta Business Suite
- Freshdesk
- Jira
- Slack
- Google Workspace
