Business Performance Manager
Responsibilities:
International Revenue Performance Consolidation
- Consolidate total international revenue performance across business units (e.g., PLDT, SMART, and PGC).
- Ensure uniformity and consistency in revenue data reporting across these entities.
- Monitor trends and evaluate how international revenue contributes to overall business performance.
Performance Reporting and Dashboards
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards to visualize key metrics.
- Present regular reports and insights to stakeholders, including senior management, for informed decision-making.
Strategic Recommendations
- Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for revenue growth or efficiency improvement.
- Provide strategic recommendations to optimize revenue generation across different business units and geographies.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, finance, and operational teams to ensure alignment in targets and performance metrics.
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Market and Competitive Analysis
- Monitor industry trends and competitor performance to benchmark the organization’s revenue performance.
- Provide insights on market conditions impacting revenue streams.
Compliance and Reporting Standards
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards in revenue reporting.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity in all performance-related analyses
Technical Skills:
1. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, Power Query)
- Ability to clean, manipulate, and interpret data effectively
2. Business Intelligence & Visualization
- Ability to create dashboards and visual reports for senior management
- Strong storytelling skills using data
3. Financial & Revenue Performance Analysis
- Understanding of financial metrics (revenue, profit margins, ARPU, etc.)
- Ability to track revenue trends and forecast performance
- Experience in consolidating financial reports across multiple business units
