Business Development Officer
The Business Development Officer works closely with the Business Development Manager in identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities aligned with the company's long-term objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to identify and assess potential projects that align with the Company's strategic plan and long-term roadmap.
2. Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to assess the feasibility and financial viability of potential business opportunities, including revenue projections, cost analysis, and return on investment calculations.
3. Assist in managing the end-to-end project development cycle, from initial business case preparation to final approval.
4. Contribute to the establishment of effective governance structures for the business unit, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
5. Work alongside the core team to develop and refine the Business Implementation Plan, leveraging collective expertise and insights to drive strategic execution.
6. Provide ongoing support and coordination to the core team, facilitating seamless implementation and monitoring of project milestones and deliverables.
7. May be assigned additional related tasks from time to time
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or business and at least 3 years of work experience in business development, M&A, project management, infrastructure development, joint ventures, or PPPs.
- Highly motivated individual with strong analytical and logical thinking skills, exceptional attention to detail, and genuine passion for business valuations.
- Proficient in financial modeling, including building models from scratch.
- A results-oriented individual and "out-of-comfort-zone" thinker with a proven track record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects.
- A strong team player who can adapt to changing requirements or deadlines to support departmental objectives.
- Demonstrated business acumen and effective communication skills across various levels of the organization.
- Willing to work onsite at Rockwell Santolan Town Plaza, San Juan City
