• Work with local sales teams, key accounts, and external partners to drive sales growth.

• Oversee planning and execution of regional promotional activities to boost performance.

• Coordinate with marketing and agencies for seamless execution of regional promotions.

• Evaluate the success of regional promotions and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in regional sales management, sales operations, or similar roles in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in sales data analysis, market research, and reporting tools.

• Strong understanding of regional sales strategies and promotional activities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing market conditions.

• Relevant certifications in sales management or related fields is a plus.

• Must own a personal car and have a valid driver’s license for client meetings and fieldwork.

• Physically fit for frequent travel and fieldwork.

• Must reside within Cebu City to ensure proximity to regional clients and operations.
