We are looking for an External Auditor - Supervisor level to design and test performance of the work programs on the audit of various US companies under the supervision of a Manager. The Senior Associate is responsible for all aspects of Auditing, from planning, design, execution, and presentation, using the latest in cloud computing technology.

Responsibilities:

· Plans the audit, design and execute the audit plan, consolidate findings, and financial reporting.

· Reviews and supervises staff work to ensure timeliness and accuracy of work.

· Ensure that deliverables are prepared in accordance with the Client’s audit methodology and preferences.

· Must pay attention to detail, and understands how timeliness and accuracy of work impacts overall client experience.

· Participate in training and coaching of Associates/Staff by providing them timely constructive feedback.

· Demonstrate ability to lead, conduct future team learnings and recommend process improvements.

· Must pay attention to detail, and understands how timeliness and accuracy of work impacts overall client experience

· And other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

· With at least 3 years’ experience with 4+ busy season experience in External Audit.

· Big 4 accounting firm background.

· Experience in the financial services industry is a plus

· Passionate about the achievement of work output with integrity and excellence.

· Advanced writing skills a must, presentation skills expected.

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent.

· CPA Licensure is a plus.

· US GAAP exposure and experience a plus.

· Must have the ability to read, interpret, and apply technical pronouncements.

· Committed to continuous training and to proactively learn new processes

· Team player. Contributes to a positive working environment by coordinating with other team members.

· Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.

· Must be flexible to accommodate tight deadline in a high-pressure environment.

· Travel expected for training.
