Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to lead our recruitment strategy, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent. The TA Manager will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, develop sourcing strategies, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet workforce needs. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Lead and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and selection criteria.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Enhance the company’s employer brand through recruitment marketing and engagement initiatives.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align recruitment goals with business objectives.
- Provide hiring managers with training and best practices for talent selection.
Analytics & Process Optimization
- Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
- Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and sourcing tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in high-volume and niche hiring is a plus.
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance related to hiring.
