The Instructional Designer is primarily responsible for designing and/or developing e-learning courses, presentations, facilitator and participant guides, and assessments. He/ she will also support various learning initiatives and help provide learning solutions. Some of the core tasks include curriculum creation and maintenance, communications crafting, creating and editing content, reporting, and output evaluation and analysis.
He/she will be tasked to develop different types of content- ranging from communication skills to product / service-specific materials, and extends to leadership, corporate, and other specialized types of content.
Secondary responsibilities include support of Knowledge Management (KM) services. He/she will assist in executing and further improving the KM Service Delivery. Content creation or update for the Help Systems and/or internal websites and SharePoint sites is also within scope.
Goals will be accomplished thru designing, maintaining and/or developing documents, and other work products, including externally-sourced documents, into the learning platforms.

- Review and evaluate external training materials
- Manage projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Develop programs and workshops for various tiers.
- Mastery of service delivery processes, systems, and applications.
- Management and fulfillment of assigned deliverables and other organizational requirements following requestor specifications and delivering within agreed timelines.
- Site audit, update, and maintenance. Ensure accuracy, accessibility, and ease of use of managed content.
- Utilization of tools to deploy communicate strategies and facilitate information and content management requirements.
- 2+ years of combined experience in Training, Knowledge Management, and/or Instructional Design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated competence and experience in the design, delivery and facilitation of training content.
- Experience in communicating and managing stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and e-learning authoring tools (Captivate, Articulate…)
- Knowledge of learning and instructional design models.
- Experience using learning software such as Dreamweaver and SharePoint Designer or knowledge of CSS and HTML, Scripting Languages –i.e. JavaScript, VBScript, PHP, ASP etc., is a plus.
