Job description:
As a Media Buyer, you will plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok. This role requires a strategic approach to media buying, a deep understanding of platform advertising tools, and the ability to turn performance data into actionable improvements. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to drive visibility, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns using data analysis, A/B testing, and key metrics (ROAS, CPC, CTR) to improve performance.
- Collaboration: Work with creative, content, and e-commerce teams to align campaigns with product launches and promotional events.
- Budget & Bid Management: Manage and allocate ad spend efficiently, adjusting bids to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to refine campaign effectiveness.
- Reporting & Insights: Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights to guide future campaign strategies.
Qualifications:
- Willing to work onsite at Cupang, Muntinlupa
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in media buying, digital advertising, or e-commerce marketing, focusing on Meta, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok platforms.
- Expertise with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Lazada/Shopee ad tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics.
- In-depth knowledge of media buying principles, including bidding strategies, budget management, and audience targeting.
- Proven success in running campaigns with measurable performance improvements.
